Our Story
Hi! We’re Brandy and Chad, the local owners and hands-on operators of The Charleston Suites. We live in Charleston with our three energetic kiddos and two pups, and when you stay with us, you’re truly OUR guests—there’s no management company or middleman.
Before entering real estate and hospitality, Brandy earned a Master’s in Educational Technology and spent 15 years teaching and coaching teachers. Chad earned a Master’s in Business and spent years working as a product manager before turning his experience toward real estate. Today, he is also a Charleston Realtor, helping others find their own place in the Lowcountry.
Our story took us from the Midwest to San Francisco and, finally, to Charleston, where we renovated seven downtown vacation rentals in two years. We love sharing the city we call home and helping our guests experience the best of Charleston.
